John Deere Front Brush Guard Kit
Purchased this to protect the front end of my X730. The brush guard is heavy but solid. Quality built with good looking welds and paint. Installation took 5 minutes. Works as intended and looks good on the tractor. A bit pricey. I recommend it.

Don't have one
This was not only a fantastic part for my new X730, it was a necessity. Keeps all the brush off my front grill, headlights and hood so it don't get all scratched up when I'm mowing out my deer hunting paths. Very solid and quick one lever release to tilt it forward so you can raise the hood to check oil or whatever. Very easy to completely remove if necessary. I would highly recommend it to anyone who has invested the kind of money I did to buy this great tractor.

Guard for my X739 2013 model is nicer than description with its quick release tilt out feature for hood opening access. Sturdy, heavy and well engineered. Does not rattle, fits tightly. No tools needed to install.Very quick delivery, competitive price.

I asked my dealer to throw in a brush guard the day I bought my new X710. He said "no problem". He came back and said this "this is your lucky day" I did not know the guards were so expensive. I have put them on the 100 series and they are not that expensive. I cant believe they are almost 300 bucks but I told you I would throw it in the deal so he ordered it and I am so glad he did it makes the tractor look good and keeps it protected.I also like it because it is easy to install and open the hood of my machine.

Deere owner
This is the 4th new John Deere Garden Tractor I have owned in the past 40 years. A 318, 425, X485 and X730. I mow neighbors yards in the development with it, and one house has a lot of rose bushes that was scratching up the paint on the front of the tractor where I mowed into them. So I bought the guard to protect it, which it does. Looks great, fits perfectly. Great investment for a super fine tractor. John Anderson
