We make every attempt to ship our items out as quickly as possible. In the event you have not received your item within 7 to ten business days get ahold of us so we can check on the shipment. When contacting us about a shipment, always include your full name, date of purchase and item number. This insures a speedy and accurate response.

 Most items will ship out the same day if they are paid for prior to 1 PM. Items that are paid for too late in the day will ship out the next day. Items that are purchased after 1PM CST on Friday afternoons will ship out on the following Monday.

 We insure every shipment. If your item has been damaged in shipment please contact us so we can make arrangements to pick up the damaged item and get you a replacement shipped out.
